South Quay Square, Canary Wharf

This mixed use development was undertaken whilst Simon Mann was Managing Director of Capital & Provident. It is located directly opposite Canary Wharf and adjacent to South Quay DLR station. The project comprised a hotel, office building, residential apartments and retail units.

The land and buildings were acquired and planning permission was obtained to convert the original office building into a 283 bedroom Hilton hotel, offices and approximately 300 residential apartments, plus retail units. The construction value of the project was £65 million.
