Biography:
Jon has over 15 years’ experience in the property market working in a variety of consultancy, contracting, occupier and development roles, predominately in the retail, leisure, office, hotel and industrial sectors.
Working alongside the Chief Executive, Jon focuses on property development activities within the group. A Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager by background, Jon has previously advised a variety of real estate institutions and developers including SEGRO and British Land, leading teams delivering projects with development values in excess of £100m.
Prior to joining Augur Group, Jon led the delivery of the £500m+ Shepperton Studios expansion for an international Private Equity fund, providing over 1 million sq ft of film studio and production office space fully pre-let to Netflix and Amazon.
