Biography:
Tom has worked in the property industry for the past 12 years, with a focus on acquisition of commercial assets. A professional Chartered Surveyor, Tom started his career in investment agency advising on over £500m of acquisitions and servicing a broad range of clients from Private Equity to Institutional capital. Prior to joining Augur, Tom held Investment Director roles at both Barwood Capital and RO Real Estate where he was responsible for the acquisition, disposal and development of property across a diverse portfolio of assets. More recently, Tom has focussed on value-add and development opportunities, primarily in the office and industrial sectors.
Working alongside the Chief Executive, Tom is responsible for underwriting, acquisition and asset management.
