Springfield Park, Maidstone

Augur, with its JV partners, acquired the freehold of Springfield Park, a 4.95 acre mixed-use development site in Maidstone Town Centre from the administrator of the previous developer. Located on Royal Engineers’ Way, this high-profile site has sat vacant for in excess of 10 years. The site had an extant planning consent for c185,000 sq ft offices and 192 residential units.

We worked with our professional team to design a market facing residential led scheme and submitted a planning application for 130 units with Maidstone (Borough) Council and were successful in arranging a sale of the site at a materially enhanced value.
